Diamond Metal Screens manufactures various kinds of Cable Trays and support products. Cable Trays are running troughs or ladder like trays used lay cables in for support and protection and are used even underground.

Ladder Style Cable Tray (with flange inside rails)
These are 2 prefabricated metal longitudinal side rails connected by individual transverse rungs, and the flange lies on the inside of the 2 side rails.


Ladder Style Cable Tray (with flange Outside rails)
Here the flange lies on the outside of the 2 side rails. Can be made in both "Short span" and "long span" load classes with hat-shaped, box or channel rungs. The standard rung spacing are: 150mm, 225mm, 300mm, 450mm (not for all types).


Solid Bottom Cable Tray
These kinds of cable trays have no openings on the bottom unlike the ladder style cable trays. They are prefabricated metal structures with integrated or separate longitudinal side rails.


Through Style Cable Tray
These trays are usually greater than 102mm in width and have a perforated bottom. The prefabricated longitudinal side rails can be again integrated or separate.



Perforated Cable Tray
These trays are single piece prefabricated metal structures with perforations for ventilation and inside flanges. These are available in various sizes and thickness and in different finishes.

Channel Cable Tray
Channels are single piece sections used for branches of cables or tubing. They are usually 75mm to 150mm wide and 1-3/4" deep. These cable trays can have solid or perforated bottoms.
