Metal Belts (Apron Type)
Diamond Metal Screens Pvt. Ltd., manufactures Apron Type Metals Belts for
various applications such as high temperature furnaces, redriers (tobacco,
paints, synthetic fiber, grains etc), quenching tanks, freezer tunnels,
tunnel ovens, food processing and various conveying applications for silos,
steel foundries, metal scrap handling etc. Our unique ability is to manufacture
these metal belts upto 4000 mm wide, heavy steel section, and at any pitch.
PERFORATED METAL
BELTS

These are endless belts formed by hinging together two or more
precision perforated aprons exactly as per the open area and the
type of holes specified. Perforated belts are available in any
variation, with width from 4000 mm (13.25 ft) to 1000 mm (3 ft),
pitch from 50.4 mm (2") to 304.8 mm (12"), in mild steel,
aluminum or stainless steel. They can be from 1 mm thick to 5
mm thick. Metal belts of this type have excellent strength to
weight ratio, thanks to our special chain design which clamps
the apron and support plates to form it as good as one piece,
good flexibility which is achieved by the precise punching of
the hinge slots and excellent surface bow & camber which is
made possible by the special purpose machines installed in our
manufacturing units.

WOVEN WIRE METAL
BELTS

Certain conveying systems need metal belts with woven wire mesh
of very thin wire gauge. These wire meshes have absolutely no
strength to weight ratio. For this reason they are spot welded
on a maxium open area support perforated apron. We have manufactured
such metal belts upto 3500 mm long which have given excellent
results.

Mostly these are same as above but without perforation. In some
cases spikes have been welded on the surface to move bulky material.
